In the Flesh

A 3-Day Group Immersion for the Woman
Ready to Know Herself from the Inside Out
& Take Back Her Erotic Authority

You do not need another
conversation about your body.

You need to get in your fucking flesh.

In the Flesh is a descent into the living territory of your body–the home where the extraordinary textures & flavors of you reside, waiting to be felt, known, & lived.

A wax-sealed invitation card on a deep burgundy ground, held at one corner by a hand in black lace with dark red nails: Dear woman, You are hereby cordially invited into an intimate, in-person, women's-only immersion that will change the way you inhabit your entire system and rest back into your womanhood. Will you join us? In reverence, Serena Gold. You are the art.

You Crave Something Different

In the Flesh is a one-of-a-kind event devoted to body literacy, somatic exploration, sensual & sexual enquiry, feminine bio-intelligence & vital tissues.

It's live with real-time sensation & body communication…because the depth of this work cannot be accessed through another online event.

Most of us have spent years learning about our bodies while remaining strangers to the intelligence, brilliance & magnificence that lives inside of them. We've collected information, frameworks, language & expertise, yet we've bypassed the direct, lived experience of being fully inhabited.

In the Flesh is three experiential days
devoted to closing that gap.

For the first time ever, pieces of this deeper
body of work are being offered in this way.

Each day is meticulously held & curated so that the potency of the work actually meets your tissues.

This isn't:

  • a retreat
  • or a performance of the feminine
  • or a weekend talking about your patterns & stories while staying safely inside of them.

This is for the woman who is game to drop deep down inside of herself.

The woman who wants to know where she ends & the world begins, so when life happens & the external gets rocky, she's got the softness & rightness of her tissues to lean back into.

For three days, you will enter your flesh.

Not to fix.

Perform.

Transcend.

Or make it more palatable for the outside world.

But to explore.

To listen.

To feel.

To remember

To come irrevocably home.

A woman in an open mottled fur coat over her bare chest, red lipstick, her head tipped back and eyes closed, crouched on a metal stool with a cigarette between her fingers as a hard spotlight throws an arched shadow on the cream wall behind her

The Body Is Not a Problem to Solve

It's only ever asking you to hear the deeper call & widen yourself for what wants to come through. To be open to what life is inviting through your body.

You are the oracle.

That is literally your role as woman who bleeds.

It's time to come into contact with these parts of you.

Most women have been trained to leave the body.

To manage it.

Shrink it.

Beautify it.

Discipline it.

Override it.

Numb it.

Improve it.

Analyze it.

Make it desirable.

Acceptable.

Palatable.

Even in healing spaces, the body can become another concept.

Something to understand.
To regulate.
To talk about.
To make meaning from.

But there is a difference between knowing the language of embodiment & actually being embodied. There is a difference between talking about your territory & being inside of it.

In the Flesh is for the woman who is ready to be about it.

That is body literacy.

The Method That's More Than Protocols

Body Literacy triangle diagram showing the three levels of the method

The method inside In the Flesh is more than a bunch of practices & protocols.

It's rooted in relationship–& the relationship to your body is the access point to it all.

This is how a woman becomes someone who knows herself from the inside out.

Two Directions, One Root diagram showing how inner body work expresses outwardly

The deeper you descend into relationship with yourself, the more body literacy & self-trust become available. Once the inner body relationship evolves, it expresses outwardly as self authority, freedom, & different choices in real life.

THIS COULD LOOK LIKE:

  • The ability to read sensation as information
  • To feel desire as direction
  • To know a boundary before you explain it
  • To recognize numbness without making it wrong
  • To stay with emotion without spiraling
  • To feel your yes, your no, your maybe, your hunger, your hesitation, your edge & discover your yes to it all
  • To know yourself beyond the mind–through flesh

This Is an Initiation Into Contact with the Self

The work is intimate.

Edgy.

Devotional.

You will be invited to meet the places you haven't yet gone & the places you have been trained to leave.

And you will be invited to practice something different.

The body doesn't change solely through private realization.

The body changes when another woman sees you feel, say & express the truth of your heart.

Welcome to the power of group immersion.

Who In the Flesh Was Created For

This is for the woman who…

  • Has done deep work, yet still feels there's more.
  • Can explain her patterns, but wants to actually feel them shift.
  • Is so over & done talking about the things.
  • Is ready to get into the rich meat of her tissues, where her aliveness & womanhood lives.
  • Craves a deeper relationship with her desire, her sensuality, her edges, her voice, and her power.
  • Wants to feel her birthright of safety in her skin.
  • Wants systemic change in her body, the kind that doesn't stay contained to a session or a weekend, but ripples into every area of her life.
  • Wants to stop outsourcing authority and start trusting the intelligence of her own body.
  • Is ready to put down what no longer needs to be held, to reveal the sweetness of her feminine soul.
  • Is curious about eros as life force, not just a sexual concept.
  • Wants to gather with women in a space that is honest, reverent, mature, and alive.
  • Is ready for congruence in her heart, throat, solar plexus, sex & root.
  • Is ready to step into the next iteration of her becoming.
  • Has enough self-awareness and inner capacity to meet sensation, emotion, discomfort, desire, and edge without abandoning responsibility for her own experience.

It's time to move from talking about it to being about it.

“I've been having amazing sex. Like amazing fucking sex. To the point I feel so connected with my body & my being. It's easy & expressive… Which has been communicated & it just feels so damn good. Overall I feel like life has taken an incredible shift.”

Who Is Holding This Meticulous Container?

Serena Gold, Somatic Sexologist and embodiment educator

Meet Serena

Serena Gold is a Somatic Sexologist, STREAM Pelvic Care Specialist, writer & educator devoted to helping women become the primary authority, & artist, of their own bodies.

For over 15 years, her work has explored the body as an intelligent ecosystem where pelvic health, nervous system work, biochemistry, biomechanics, scar tissue, sexuality, fertility & spiritual psychology are not separate threads, but one living map of the whole self.

Her work sits where science meets soul, physiology meets eros, & healing becomes an initiation into a deeper way of knowing oneself. She teaches body literacy: the ability to interpret the body's intelligence from the inside out, build trust in what it is communicating, & stay connected to your internal world as life happens.

Through whole body pelvic care, gut health & detoxification (GAPS), scar tissue remediation, Sexological Bodywork, Erotic Blueprints, breathwork, & nervous system education, Serena gives her clients & students a robust toolbox for understanding the body's language through relationship, experimentation, pattern recognition, & embodied discernment. At the center of Serena's work is the daily devotion to the flesh, walking in deep connection with who you really are, and building a rooted relationship with the body that you can rest into with trust, congruence, & power.

What You Will Step Into

This world of work is different.

You will not be sitting in a room collecting concepts & frameworks.

You will be invited into direct experience.

Into practice.

Into inquiry.

Into the places your body has been waiting for your attention.

The work will move through the territory of:

  • Body literacy
  • Sensual & sexual intelligence
  • Erotic aliveness
  • Self-contact, intimacy & trust
  • Embodied boundaries
  • Relational presence
  • Desire & agency
  • Power & softness
  • Voice, heart, flesh, & instinct
  • The experience of being witnessed in your becoming

You will not receive a practice-by-practice itinerary before arriving. This is intentional.

Part of the work is entering the unknown without needing to control every step before you begin.

You will know the terrain.

You will know the intention.

You will know the container & be able to trust it is set with meticulous intention.

The rest is an invitation to meet yourself honestly, moment by moment, choice by choice, breath by breath.

You'll leave knowing yourself in a way you cannot unknow.

Why This Happens In Person

I have been inside this work for over 15 years.

Trainings. Mentorships. Programs. Certifications. Therapy. Coaching. Somatics. Sexuality. Pelvic Care. Nervous System Work. Spiritual Psychology. Movement. The whole fucking thing.

And while all of it gave me a beautiful foundation, none of it replaced what happens when you are inside the room, in your body, in real-time practice.

I create my offerings in person because I refuse to half-ass this work.

Yes, it asks something of you.

To rearrange your schedule.

To leave behind what you often feel will fall apart without you.

To use your resources.

To make the trip.

To enter the room.

To let yourself be seen.

To choose you. Period.

And that is what makes it powerful.

It creates a new paradigm when the choice itself is made.

We are real bodies.

And real bodies need real touch points.

Real Flesh Experiences

The work inside this container has been shaped through Serena Gold's Mystery School, private client work, and prior in-person experiences. The reflections below come from women who have entered my spaces and experienced the depth, precision, and transformation of this body of work.

Alisha J, a woman with auburn curls in a black polka-dot lace blouse and red trousers, seated on a teal sofa against a yellow wall
“I found a level of intimacy with my own body that felt reverent & empowering. It cracked something open in me. It helped me regulate my nervous system in a way that felt both grounding & expansive. I felt safe, supported, & deeply connected to my body.”
— Alisha J
Olivia G, a smiling woman with wavy blonde hair, berry lipstick and bare shoulders
“This event was simply transformational! I arrived feeling sad, anxious, out of whack, and disconnected, but I left feeling recharged, grounded, happy, and connected. The space Serena created was safe, warm, SUPER vibey, and opened the door for all of us women to be our most authentic selves. I've never done these practices, and it was SO calming for my nervous system, the first thing that really helped my anxiety ease up after really stressful days. The connection with other women was such a nice way to integrate everything we had just experienced. Serena curated each section with the perfect flow from one segment to the next, and I absolutely loved this event!”
— Olivia G
Jillian B, a woman with honey-blonde waves in a tan blazer and a large silver fringe necklace, looking up and away from the camera
“This was such a powerful portal. I have never been in this kind of practice with other women before and was able to access and transmute so much shame I inherited from my mother around pleasure and sexuality. I felt so safe to explore, express, and enjoy. I can't wait for the next one! Thank you for holding such a potent space, Serena. SO MUCH UNLOCKED AROUND MY WORK through this event. I have not stopped creating & it feels fucking great.”
— Jillian B
Samantha G in black and white, a blonde woman standing in a field with her eyes closed and her tattooed arms crossed over her chest
“This event was absolutely fire. Thank you for supporting shedding layers and guiding me back to my senses.”

FAQ

No.

In the Flesh is a group immersion. It will be nourishing, beautiful, intimate, and deeply restorative in certain moments, but it is not designed as a ‘retreat’. This is the Great Work.

It is designed as an entry into your body.

In the Flesh is not a beginner immersion, but you do not need to be advanced & practiced in embodiment, sexuality, or somatic work to attend. You do need to have open curiosity for these arenas & willingness to play, a meaningful level of self-awareness, emotional resiliency, and readiness to take responsibility for your own experience.

This work may bring you into contact with sensation, emotion, discomfort, desire, edge, vulnerability, & the unknown. You do not need to arrive fearless. You do need to arrive willing.

What I tell all my clients: the hard stuff is never what you think it is. I see it show up the most when we are asked to let go of our known strategies to finally see the brightness of ourselves.

Yes, edgy AND you get to decide how you play.

You will be invited to explore new parts of yourself. You will be witnessed. You will meet edges. That is the work.

But edgy does not mean reckless.

Your consent, agency, and choice are central to the container. My work is about centering you in your authority. That's the whole point.

The invitation is not to override yourself. The invitation is to become intimate enough with yourself that you can feel what is true & learn how to be with that & still show up.

This immersion explores eros & eroticism, sensual & sexual intelligence, desire, your nervous system, anatomy, & the body as sources of aliveness & self-knowledge.

It is not a space for performance, seduction, or sexual expectation.

The work is about coming into right relationship with your body, including your heart & your sex.

No.

This event is for all women regardless of sexual orientation.

Good.

Nervousness often means you are near a real threshold.

You do not need to arrive perfectly confident. I will create the space for you to move at the pace of your slowest parts. No overriding.

The point is not to be fearless. The point is to stay deeply connected to yourself as you meet the unknown.
