Serena Gold offers somatic sexology coaching, ceremonial bodywork, pelvic care education, and related services. All sessions and services are educational and supportive in nature, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
You must be 18 years of age or older to engage with our services or to opt in to our SMS or email communications.
Submitting an application or booking does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or end any working relationship at our discretion.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Payment terms, refund policies, and session-specific terms will be detailed in your client agreement prior to engagement. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be detailed in your booking confirmation and client agreement. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in fees or termination of services.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking a consent checkbox on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Serena Gold. Our SMS program includes two distinct, separately optional consents:
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and the type of consent you have provided.
Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carriers: Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other supported carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: You may opt out of any SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS unless you opt in again.
Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected].
No purchase required: Opting in to SMS is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Privacy: Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We treat client communications and session content as confidential, with limited exceptions where disclosure is legally required.
All content on this website, in our guides, and in our paid programs is the intellectual property of Serena Gold and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
Information provided through our website, guides, newsletters, and sessions is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a licensed medical provider for any health concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serena Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or communications, including SMS messages.
